TipEase Calculator is a tip calculator application that helps you calculate tips, split bills, and optionally scan receipts. The App is available as a free version with advertisements and as a premium subscription with additional features.

The free version of TipEase Calculator includes:

• Tip calculation based on bill total or pre-tax amount
• Customizable tip percentage presets
• Bill splitting between multiple people
• Round up/round down functionality

The free version displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are shown at the bottom of the main screen and do not interfere with core functionality.

TipEase Premium removes advertisements and unlocks additional features including receipt scanning. Premium is available through the following purchase options:

3.1 Yearly Subscription

• Billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or through the App's subscription management screen.

3.2 Lifetime Purchase

• A one-time, non-recurring payment at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Grants permanent access to all Premium features with no further payments required.

We may offer a free trial period for TipEase Premium. If a free trial is offered:

• The trial duration and terms will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.
• You will not be charged during the free trial period.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

The receipt scanning feature uses your device's camera and on-device text recognition to extract bill amounts from physical receipts. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Results may not always be accurate and you should verify extracted amounts.
• The feature processes images locally on your device — no images are uploaded or stored.
• Camera access requires your explicit permission, which you can revoke at any time in iOS Settings.

TipEase Calculator is a calculation tool provided for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all calculations, including receipt scanning results, are error-free. You are responsible for verifying all amounts before making payments. We are not liable for any financial discrepancies arising from the use of the App.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by HexEka LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HexEka LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for TipEase Premium in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
